What a time to be a poetry fan: Another stash of an acclaimed poet’s work has been uncovered.

But while the Anne Sexton find was exciting, the discovery of John Donne’s unpublished work — written by a medieval scribe, no less — is absolutely astonishing.

As the Guardian reports, the bound collection goes back at least four hundred years and was stored in a box in an English country house for at least two hundred years.

Sotheby’s expert Dr. Gabriel Heaton was making a routine visit to the property when he found the poems, which the auction house will sell for an expected $255,000 to $383,000.
