An indie publisher filed a trademark-infringement lawsuit against Netflix on Friday.

Chooseco LLC, publisher of the Choose Your Own Adventure book series (which you probably read growing up), said in the filing that the streaming giant had “actively pursued a license to use ‘Choose Your Own Adventure' in connection with films and interactive cartoons.”

But, according to the filing, Netflix did not obtain that license and still used the phrase “Choose Your Own Adventure” in the show Black Mirror: Bandersnatch.

Chooseco has a trademark on Choose Your Own Adventure, and it’s seeking $25 million in damages and legal fees from Netflix.
