Several books that claim to offer cures for autism have been pulled from Amazon, according to the Guardian.

The newspaper credits an in-depth piece from Wired that examines such books, whose so-called cures range from dietary guidelines to more drastic and extremely dangerous methods.

Amazon confirmed to NBC News that it had withdrawn the books.

The Guardian notes that Amazon’s move is the latest reaction from organizations under pressure to not help vaccine opponents spread their message.
