Actor famous for playing C-3PO is writing a book

The actor behind Star Wars's C-3PO is writing his first book.

Anthony Daniels says he will unveil the title and book jacket tomorrow at the Star Wars Celebration in Chicago.

The Bookseller quotes him as commenting: “The odds of me ever writing a book were approximately ... Oh, never mind. My golden companion worries about such things – I don’t.”

The book, however, will be in Daniels’s voice, not the droid’s; it will come out October 31 in the United Kingdom and November 5 in the United States.
