Actress Natalie Portman has critical words not just for the author of a memoir that references her, but also for its publisher.

Portman disputes musician Moby’s assertion that they dated when she was twenty; rather, she remembers having "a much older man being creepy" to her when she was just eighteen.

She went on to tell Harper’s Bazaar that neither Moby nor the publisher seems to have attempted to verify these claims.

Moby’s memoir, Then It Fell Apart, even lists dates that support Portman’s recollection, the Guardian notes.

You can read more of Portman’s criticisms and Moby’s response in the Guardian.
