Don’t let the topic of Jayson Greene’s memoir scare you off.

Greene and his wife lost their two-year-old daughter, Greta, in a freak accident four years ago.

Their grieving and healing process, began with journal entries just days after Greta’s death, became the new memoir Once More We Saw Stars.

Greene spoke with NPR’s Lynn Neary about the experience just as the book hit shelves; you can read their interview on NPR’s website or listen to the segment below.
