The Testaments, the sequel to The Handmaid’s Tale, hasn’t even hit public shelves yet — but it’s on the 2019 Booker Prize longlist.
The lucky judges who enjoyed early access to this year’s most-anticipated book won’t be sharing any spoilers, saying only that “it’s terrifying and exhilarating.”
It’s the sixth time that Margaret Atwood has been nominated for the prize, which will be awarded on October 14.
