Netflix show takes inspiration from "The Turn of the Screw"

Shirley Jackson provided inspiration for the first season of a Netflix horror show; now the producers are turning to Henry James.

The next season of the show The Haunting of Hill House will actually be called The Haunting of Bly Manor, drawing from the James novella The Turn of the Screw.

Esquire quotes the series creator as saying this second season will be even scarier than the first.

We’ll have to wait until 2020 to make that assessment for ourselves, however.
