It doesn’t seem quite right to wish our readers a happy Banned Books Week, so we’ll wish you a productive and inspiring one instead.

This year’s theme is “Censorship Leaves Us in the Dark. Keep the Light On!”, according to the American Library Association, which organizes the annual freedom-to-read event.

You can check out some advocacy activities and downloads on the ALA’s website, and check out the list of the most frequently challenged books in 2018.
