Several of our favorite food bloggers are churning out cookbooks nowadays, so a recent article by the New York Times on the less-than-savory side of cookbook deals caught our eye this morning.
As it turns out, many publishers are eager to offer cookbook deals to bloggers, who typically give their content away for free and don’t have a print platform yet.
But these deals, according to the writers interviewed, are stingy at best and completely opaque at worst.
