Perhaps you would appreciate book news that doesn’t necessarily drive you to borrow or buy.

If that’s the case, then we present the winners of the Diagram Prize for Oddest Book Title of the Year.

The Bookseller, which administers the contest, announced that The Dirt Hole and its Variations, by Charles L. Dobbins, won 40% of the public vote.

The runners-up were Ending the War on Artisan Cheese, by Catherine Donnelly, at 24% and Noah Gets Naked, by Xanna Eve Chown, at 18%.
