Amazon is seeing an influx of poorly written and even plagiarized books on coronavirus and how to fight it.
The Guardian also reports that, unsurprisingly, the outbreak has inspired actual original books, such as one on how to make your own hand sanitizer.
The retailer issued a statement emphasizing that it requires accurate and honest information on its products.
“Amazon maintains content guidelines for the books we sell, and we continue to evaluate our catalogue, listening to customer feedback,” the statement said, in part.
