While you (continue to) wait for The Winds of Winter, you might consider picking up a new book on the Game of Thrones TV series.

Fire Cannot Kill a Dragon by James Hibberd is an oral history of the show based off Martin’s beloved and unfinished Song of Ice and Fire book series.

The AV Club says the book is definitely an insider’s look, in that it provides plenty of commentary from those involved in the show but doesn’t dig into some of the controversies surrounding it.

There were, however, four noteworthy reveals from Fire Cannot Kill a Dragon in reviewer Randall Colburn's opinion, and he summarizes those in his review.
