Well, it’s a good thing that few people nowadays want to move into the city, because even fewer people can likely afford the latest literature-linked real estate listing.
The late Toni Morrison’s lower Manhattan loft is on the market for $4.75 million, reports Variety.
Still, nothing prevents you from admiring the author’s residence and its beautiful built-in bookshelves (a weakness of ours).
Morrison, who died August 5, 2019, at age eighty-eight, was well-known and celebrated for Song of Solomon, which received the National Book Critics Circle Award, and Beloved, which won the Pulitzer Prize for fiction.
