Well, this is a much nicer quarantine project than organizing the attic (ahem).
Members of LibraryThing, a website that allows users to catalogue their personal book collections, have turned to others’ libraries.
To be specific, they’ve documented the personal libraries of five presidents: John Adams, Dwight D. Eisenhower, Thomas Jefferson, Harry Truman, and George Washington.
They’re still at work on the libraries of three others: John F. Kennedy, James Madison, and James Monroe.
You can browse all of them without signing up for LibraryThing.
