Poet Louise Glück’s Nobel acceptance speech was released today, along with news that a new poetry collection is coming next year.

In the speech, Glück describes her great surprise — and panic — at receiving the 2020 Nobel Prize in Literature.

You can read her lecture in its entirety on the Nobel Prize website.

The Guardian also reported, in sharing her speech’s release, that Glück’s Winter Recipes from the Collective will be published next fall.
