Book lovers were outraged to learn that zoning ordinances in Oradell, New Jersey, had caused a homeowner to take down her Little Free Library.
But it seems there will (eventually) be a happy ending to the story.
NorthJersey.com reports that the local council initially presented Tina Musich with two undesirable options to resolve the issue.
The following evening, though, the town’s mayor and the council president reached out to Musich to say that officials would look at revising the ordinance that doomed the Little Free Library in its original form.
