Celebrity book clubs have released their picks for April 2021.

Reese Witherspoon selected Northern Spy, by Flynn Berry.

Northern Spy follows the journey of Tessa, a TV producer and new mother whose life is upended when security footage appears to show her sister participating in an act of domestic terrorism.

"I loved this thrill ride of a book," Witherspoon said.

Jenna Bush Hager picked Good Company, by Cynthia D'Aprix Sweeney.

The novel tells the story of Flora, whose discovery of a wedding ring that was supposedly lost upends her relationship with her best friend and her husband of twenty-plus years.

“I was captivated by the way the author writes intimately about human connection, including the ties between mothers and daughters, husbands and wives, and friends,” Hager said in announcing her Read With Jenna book club pick.

Good Morning America chose Of Women and Salt, by Gabriela Garcia.

The novel follows the lives of five generations of mothers and daughters, who call various countries — Cuba, El Salvador, the United States — home.

You can read an excerpt of Of Women and Salt in GMA's announcement of its choice.
