We have another chapter in the Andrew Cuomo book deal saga.

Several current and former staffers for the New York governor told the Times-Union newspaper that they worked on his memoir, American Crisis: Leadership Lessons from the Covid-19 Pandemic, during their daily government jobs, which violates state law.

While a senior advisor told the Times-Union that “people who volunteered on this project did so on their own time,” other sources scoffed at this claim.

Literary Hub sums up this latest installment of the American Crisis scandal; the Times-Union has, of course, a longer piece with more details and backstory.
