Property hunters who want their house to have celebrity connections and appealing architectures are in luck.

The Amagansett Windmill House, previously occupied by Kurt Vonnegut as well as Arthur Miller and Marilyn Monroe, is up for sale, reports Literary Hub.

The $11.5 million house in the Hamptons in New York was originally built as a windmill and converted into a residence by Samuel Rubin, founder of Fabergé cosmetics.

Lit Hub notes that the house is well-known for its privacy, being completely hidden from the road and situated on 5.5 acres altogether.

There’s more about the Amagansett Windmill House’s celebrity connections at Lit Hub; Mansion Global has more of the information that a potential buyer might seek.
