We obviously think indie authors are out of this world, and chances are good you do too — otherwise you wouldn’t be on our site.
Soon, 125 self-published authors will be able to say that they (er, their works) are literally out of this world.
Literary Hub reports that Susan Kaye Quinn — whose work you may have seen in our newsletters! — used her connections to acquire a capsule on Peregrine Mission One, which is headed to the moon in December.
That space is enough to hold a digital SD card containing books by those 125 authors; Lit Hub notes that every author who applied to be part of the project, dubbed Writers on the Moon.
