The Authors Guild's guide to fighting book bans

If you have some spare time — any, really — the Authors Guild has a suggestion for you.

Alarmed by the "unprecedented" number of challenges to books in schools, it posted an invitation to help stop book bans.

Specifically, it suggests that concerned citizens email their school board members, submit op-eds to local news outlets, and email/write a letter to their state representatives.
