Michelle Obama will release another book late this year

Former first lady Michelle Obama will have another book out this fall.

The Light We Carry comes out November 15.

According to the Associated Press, the book will, of course, talk about her own experiences, but also focus on how to live in an increasingly stressful world.

Obama's previous book, Becoming, sold more than 17 million copies globally — more than the memoir of any other first lady or modern-era president.
