There's no shortage of virtual book clubs, for those who want to discuss titles but can't or don't want to meet in person.
The latest iteration: TikTok's book club.
The social media platform chose five popular BookTok'ers to serve as the "laureates" who will guide the conversation about each selected title, announced via an in-app hub.
Persuasion by Jane Austen is the first title.
