Lucy Ellmann's novel Ducks, Newburyport drew attention, not just because it landed on award lists (and won a few), but because of its form — a single sentence stretching over the majority of a thousand pages.

Her upcoming release, Man or Mango?, doesn't seem to follow that pattern.

While it's not out until November 8, Literary Hub has a long enough preview of the novel where we feel safe in saying that.

Man or Mango? features two eccentric characters who may or may not find each other and, thus, love.

You can read an excerpt of Man or Mango? at Literary Hub.
