Between the holidays, the less-than-inviting weather, and the upcoming new year, this is the time where many of us start thinking about improving our health.

May we suggest ... reading?

Publishers Weekly featured a column a few months back from librarian Sari Feldman, who discovered that researchers believe reading fiction is a form of exercise for your memory skills as you age.
