This should surprise no one (but then again, after the past few years, who even wants a surprise anymore) ...

... Harry, Duke of Sussex, has set a sales record with his memoir, Spare.

The Guardian reports that yesterday's release is the UK's fastest-selling nonfiction book ever, with 400,000 sales on its first day.

That includes hardcovers, ebooks, and audiobooks.

Noted the managing director of Transworld Penguin Random House, which published the book: “As far as we know, the only books to have sold more in their first day are those starring the other Harry [Potter].”
