A new book coming out this summer will share never-before-seen photos of Beatlemania ... through the eyes of a Beatle.

1964: Eyes of the Storm, which comes out June 13, features 275 pictures that Paul McCartney took from the end of 1963 and beginning of 1964, reports the Guardian.

They'll be divided into six "city portfolios": Liverpool, London, Paris, New York, Washington, D.C., and Miami.

And if you happen to be in London later this year, you can see some of the actual photographs in person; an exhibition of them will run at the National Portrait Gallery in London from June 28 June to October 1.

You can preview just a few of these McCartney photos at NPR.
