A tentative agreement was reached in the HarperCollins strike late last night.

The Associated Press reports that the publisher and the union representing about 250 striking employees agreed on increases to entry-level salaries and a one-time lump-sum bonus, to be paid if the contract is ratified.

Employees have been on strike since November 10; the deal, if ratified, would run through the end of 2025.
