The late Terry Pratchett admitted, in a book dedication, that he had more stories "carefully hidden away."
He wasn't kidding.
Twenty short stories, written under the pseudonym Patrick Kearns in the 1970s and 1980s, have been collected and will be released under Pratchett's real name this year, reports the BBC.
The discovery came thanks to the fan who reached out to the Pratchett estate about the story he'd long preserved, titled "The Quest for the Keys"; this, in turn, inspired other fans to begin searching.
A Stroke of the Pen: The Lost Stories comes out October 5.
