The hint delivered last week wasn't a feint — we do have an author with plans to run for the presidency again.
Marianne Williamson, a self-help author and activist, will officially challenge sitting President Joe Biden for the Democratic nomination, reports The Associated Press.
While this does seem like a long shot, Williamson said on Facebook that it's "odd for anyone to think they can know who can win the presidency" and that she's "running for president to help bring an aberrational chapter of our history to a close, and to help bring forth a new beginning.”
In other social media news: Dilbert cartoonist Scott Adams will need to find a new publisher for his upcoming book after a controversial weekend.
Adams called Black Americans a "hate group" and made other objectionable comments on his YouTube channel last week.
The Wall Street Journal reports that among the fallout from those comments was that Portfolio, the business imprint of Penguin Random House, will not publish Reframe Your Brain.
Andrews McMeel Universal, which previously distributed Dilbert, cut ties with Adams, as did many newspapers.
