For the first time, I clicked on BookRiot's roundup of book censorship news from last Friday, covering the week's developments.
It's incredibly long and full of stories about efforts to restrict what people can read — with, yes, some stories about fighting or stopping those efforts.
But the fact remains that such work is necessary ... and that these victories are rare.
