The book-ban resistance has a new tool.

The Digital Public Library of America and the Palace Project announced today that they've created a tech tool called the Banned Books Club.

The Banned Books Club uses "GPS-enabled geotargeting" to determine which books aren't available in a certain location, then upload them to a digital library.

So let's say, as Literary Hub does, that you live in Florida — you would actually download The Palace Project app, then select the Banned Books Club as your local library within that app.

And voila, a book made hard to access by your state could be right at your fingertips.
