A great new photo op for mystery fans has been unveiled.

The Guardian reports that a life-sized statue of Agatha Christie has been officially placed in Wallingford, England, near where the novelist lived for more than forty years.

Hundreds of people turned out for the life-sized statue's grand debut.

Sculptor Ben Twiston-Davies, who also designed the Agatha Christie memorial in London, described his inspiration for her pose as gazing out like she's spotted a clue.

Christie wrote many of her books in Winterbrook House in Wallingford, and the statue is near a museum that houses many Christie artifacts.
