  • Just three days after formally ascending to the throne of Denmark, King Frederik X has already published a book; The King's Word discusses both big- and small-picture topics and costs up to 250 Danish Krone (about $37) for just about 110 pages (BBC).

  • Remember Us by Jacqueline Woodson and Saints of the Household by Ari Tison have taken the top honors this year from We Need Diverse Books's Walter Awards for Youth Literature (Book Riot).
