Literary Hub’s look back at 2024

Literary Hub has a few lists to sum up the book world in 2024.

On the positive side is Emily Temple’s annual analysis of best-book lists to create the (or an) ultimate roundup; this year, she looked at sixty-nine lists from thirty-nine outlets, covering over 1,200 books … and came away with a clear winner.

On the negative and less scientific side is the collection of the most scathing book reviews of 2024.
