Here's a roundup of news on adaptations or productions of literature.

• Production has wrapped on the big-screen adaptation of Stephen King's novel The Running Man; it hits theaters November 7 (Bloody Disgusting). 

• The trailer for Murderbot, the TV adaptation of Martha Wells's Murderbot Diaries series, is out; the show will premiere May 16 (Apple TV+).

• A twenty-year-old adaptation of the French novel Dangerous Liaisons is itself being adapted; the movie Untold Scandal is becoming a Korean drama series tentatively called Scandals (The Hollywood Reporter).
