The Guardian is all about the classics today — but this latest article is about something far older than Winnie the Pooh.

The Greek culture ministry said Tuesday that archaeologists in Olympia have unearthed what could be the earliest physical record of The Odyssey, the paper reports.

The clay slab with thirteen verses of Homer’s classic poem is believed to date to the third century A.D.
