If you were afraid The Testaments  wouldn’t live up to The Handmaid’s Tale , you might be able to exhale in a little bit of relief.

Six major reviewers have averaged 4.56 stars for Margaret Atwood’s upcoming release, set decades after The Handmaid’s Tale concluded.

Books in the Media has compiled the reviews so far, along with the Booker Prize judges’ comments about the award-nominated novel, in one spot for your viewing pleasure.

The Testaments comes out September 10, unless you’re among the handful of lucky Amazon buyers whose copies were delivered early. (Yeah, other booksellers are livid.)
