An Oscar-winning screenwriter’s plans to release a novel are finally public.

Entertainment Weekly reports that Charlie Kaufman — whose credits include Being John Malkovich and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind — is writing a book called Antkind.

The book focuses on a failed film critic’s discovery of a three-month-long movie; its publisher, Random House, calls the book “a mind-bending opus.”

Antkind will come out on May 12, 2020, though it was acquired in 2012, according to EW.

You can read more of its synopsis and see its cover either in Entertainment Weekly or on its Amazon listing.
