Several short stories by Terry Pratchett will be republished in September, and the Guardian has one to whet your appetite.

The Time-travelling Caveman will come out September 3 and contains stories originally published in the Bucks Free Press and Western Daily Press during the 1960s and early 1970s.

Pratchett, who died in 2015, is best known for his Discworld fantasy series, Good Omens (co-written with Neil Gaiman), and the children’s book The Amazing Maurice and His Educated Rodents.

Read a little bit more about the tales and read one — “The Tropnecian Invasion of Great Britain” — in the Guardian.
