Netflix often turns to books for source material … to the chagrin of many bookworms.

Now, it’s encouraging viewers who love its shows to turn to the books as well — and read them.

The streaming service has launched a book club, to be hosted by Orange Is the New Black's Uzo Aduba, reports People.

The Netflix Book Club will announce a new pick each month to align with the release of new content.

Accompanying these selections (and the series based off of them) will be a separate series, in which Aduba will interview the show cast and creators as well as the authors about the adaptation process.

That show, But Have You Read the Book?, premieres November 16.
