Publishers Weekly has released the top-selling print books of 2021.

As in years past, the titles range widely in ages and provide a reminder of some of the big news stories from the year, though PW noted that fewer political nonfiction works made the top part of its list.

Also of note: just two books sold more than a million print copies, compared with seven that did so in the prior year.

Here are the top ten; the magazine compiled stats on the twenty-five biggest sellers, which you can see on its website.

1. Mothering Heights (Dog Man #10), by Dav Pilkey (1,295,470 copies sold)

2. American Marxism, by Mark R. Levin (1,025,638 copies sold)

3. Big Shot (Diary of a Wimpy Kid #16), by Jeff Kinney (985,308 copies sold)

4. The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse, by Charlie Macksey (954,434 copies sold)
