A new trailer for the movie adaptation of Where The Crawdads Sing came out yesterday.
In addition to snippets of dramatic scenes — first love! heartbreak! public mockery and shaming! boat races! — there's a clip of Taylor Swift's new song, "Carolina," written for the movie.
Where The Crawdads Sing stars Daisy Edgar-Jones, Garret Dillahunt, Michael Hyatt, Ahna O’Reilly, Sterling Macer Jr., and Jojo Regina; it comes out in July.
The book — author Delia Owens’s debut novel — spent over a year on the New York Times bestseller list and was also one of producer Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine book club picks.
