Anne R. Allen's warning about other scams

Writer Beware does a fantastic job of warning authors about fishy schemes.

But the more eagle eyes out there, the better — and Anne R. Allen recently posted about a number of scams.

Some are variations on an old theme (the bogus agents), while others are a little bit fresher, such as the pay-to-join writing communities.
