At first blush, Kris Rusch's latest post on what causes authors to fail seems like the opposite of her previous one.
The latter focused on some writers' belief that they can't measure up to others they see as being more successful; the former focuses on authors who believe that what they're doing — and have always done — is enough.
Sounds like a lack of confidence versus excessive confidence, right?
But in both cases, it's a resistance to learning and growing.
Rusch shares why she thinks it's so important for artists to grow and change — even though it's difficult — in her latest business musings post.
