None of us can do it all, no matter what "it" is.

So of course you've heard about the benefits of hiring other professionals as part of your writing team, whether it's a virtual assistant or a cover designer or marketing advisor.

But with resources being finite, how do you prioritize where you spend money hiring outside help?

Orna Ross of the Alliance of Independent Authors says that knowing which kind of publisher — craft, engagement, or lean — you most strongly associate with will help guide your team-building decisions.
