Pippen played a huge role in the Chicago Bulls’ six NBA championships during the 1990s, in addition to winning two Olympic gold medals and landing in the basketball hall of fame.

Publishers Marketplace reported Tuesday that Pippen and sportswriter Michael Arkush have sold Scottie to Atria Publishing Group.

Read a few more specifics about Pippen’s rags-to-riches underdog tale in Literary Hub, which shared the news from Publishers Marketplace.
