Anthony Doerr, author of the hit novel All The Light We Cannot See, has revealed his next project.

Cloud Cuckoo Land will come out September 28, but you can read an excerpt from it in Entertainment Weekly right now.

The novel’s three different settings span thousands of years: the 1453 siege of Constantinople, modern-day Idaho, and the path to an exoplanet (in the distant future), according to EW.

All The Light We Cannot See told of two children surviving World War II — one German, one French — and their ultimate convergence; it won the 2015 Pulitzer Prize for fiction and the 2015 Carnegie Medal for Excellence in Fiction, among many other honors.
