The Phantom Tollbooth: Beyond Expectations tells the story not just of the book, but of the friendship between Juster and his illustrator, Jules Feiffer.
The approximately hour-long film includes interviews with David Hyde Pierce, Eric Carle, and Adam Gopnik, among others.
You can watch The Phantom Tollbooth: Beyond Expectations online.
